We created this survey for you to share with your community group in the 19th District to let us know what you want us to prioritize this new year. \n\n \nWORKFORCE ALLOCATION STUDY:\n\nAs you are probably aware by now we are part of a broad group of city leaders and community members calling for a workforce allocation study of CPD. A workforce allocation study would take an in-depth\, data-driven look into CPD's workforce to understand how officers are distributed and map out how they can best be deployed going forward. It is an important step to making sure that we are most effectively using the resources we have available to us.
