In addition to going through some basic poses\, you will receive a brief introduction to the big picture of why to practice yoga in the first place as well as how to practice safely. \n\n\n\nPre-registration is recommended in order to guarantee your spot.\n\n \n\nThis Free Intro Class will be In-Person. Starting February 28\, 2022 masks are optional at the studio for all yoga classes & events. Proof of Covid vaccination is required for all eligible participants.
