DESCRIPTION:Myths and Legends from Around the World: Yoga & Art Summer Camp\, Session 2\n\nHalf Day Summer Camp at Bloom Yoga Studio with Chelsea Brown\n\n\n\nDid you know that every culture (yes\, even our own!) has myths and stories that explain how the world came to be as it is? This week at camp\, we will explore myths and legends from all over the world\, including the mythical stories behind classic yoga poses while learning about Indian culture and art\, stories about trickster animals from North American Indigenous cultures while creating art inspired by the people who walked this land before us\, and much more! As always\, each day will begin with yoga movement\, mindful games\, and introduction to meditation and mindfulness techniques that kids love.\n\n\n\nOffering yoga\, mindfulness\, games\, art\, and crafts for campers aged 6-10 years old\, this unique summer camp option is sure to engage your children in new skills and exploration of themselves and their surroundings.\n\n\n\nEach day\, campers will explore a different theme to inspire our lessons\, movements\, and crafts. Daily agenda includes: Share Circle\, Yoga and Meditation\, Connecting Games\, Snack\, and Arts and Crafts.\n\n\n\nSession 2: July 10 - 14\, 2023 Monday - Friday\, 9:00am - 12:00pm\n\nNo yoga experience necessary.\n\n\n\nRegister by 5/1/23.\n\n\n\nAges 6 - 10 year old\n\nCost\, $225 + $15 supply fee\n\nEach child should bring their own snack and water.
