DESCRIPTION:Did you know one in four people experiences a mental illness each year?  \n\nWould you know how help someone experiencing a mental health crisis?\n\n \n\n Join us for an upcoming Mental Health First Aid class!\n\nClasses are held from 8:30 am-5:30 pm at C4.\n\n\n\nMental Health  First Aid is a public education course that brings awareness to mental health issues. It introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems\, builds understandng of their impact and overviews common treatments.\n\n\n\nThe youth mental health first aid curriculum is targeted towards professionals who work with adolescents and young adult age 12 - 18.
