Expect food\, music\, activities\, and a welcoming atmosphere of excitement as our leaders celebrate how far we've come in ten years and dream about how far we'll go in the next ten.\n\n\n\nAbout Us: ONE Northside is a mixed-income\, multi-ethnic\, intergenerational 501c3 non-profit organization that builds collective power to eliminate injustice through bold and innovative community organizing. Founded in 2013 through the merger of Lakeview Action Coalition and Organization of the Northeast\, ONE Northside is a key driver in progressive campaigns for affordable housing\, police accountability\, economic justice\, and much more. We mobilize and train grassroots leaders in Rogers Park\, Edgewater\, Uptown\, Ravenswood\, North Center\, Lake View\, and Lincoln Park.\n\n\n\nONE Northside's issue teams include:\n\nHousing Justice: Fighting for safe\, affordable housing so our neighborhoods can thrive\n\nMental Health Justice: Making both mental and physical healthcare accessible and affordable for all\n\nEnvironmental Justice: Putting people and the planet first as we address the climate crisis\n\nPolice Accountability: Creating a world where everyone feels safe where they live\n\n\n\nOur Community-based Programs:\n\nCommunities Partnering 4 Peace (CP4P): Comprehensive\, community-based violence prevention solutions in Rogers Park and Uptown\n\nParent Mentors: Building strong classrooms\, strong families\, strong communities
