DESCRIPTION:Do you love wine? Good chocolate? Food? Want to learn some new dance steps and see a dance performance? Then come Party with Perceptual Motion\, Inc.! The evening promises to be lots of fun! It includes a mini performance\, teaching attendees the latest popular dance\, delicious food\, elegant wines and chocolate to taste\, a 50/50 drawing and Perceptual Motion's infamous Silent Auction. Proceeds from this event will help support Perceptual Motion Inc.?s programs for under served children and elders in Chicago and are tax deductible. Perceptual Motion\, Inc. is a multi-generational modern dance company located in the heart of the North Center neighborhood. Perceptual Motion is well known for its performances and programs for elders. Tai Chi/Movement classes are offered at Weiss Hospital\, The Breakers Retirement Community and Mather Edgewater. The National Center for Creative Aging honored Perceptual Motion as one of six organizations nationwide named Selected Best Practices in Dance for Older People. The company produces an annual concert at the Ruth Page Theatre\, founded Dancing in the Square festival in NorthCenter\, performs in Artwalk Ravenswood and numerous dance festivals/venues. PMI conducts dance residencies and teacher in services in Chicagoland schools through Urban Gateways and independently. Dance classes are taught at Pilgrim Lutheran School\, LaCasa Montessori and Lycee Francais. Classes for adults are offered at our studio on Damen Ave.

LOCATION:St. Andrew?s Greek Orthodox Church\, 5649 N. Sheridan Road\, Chicago\, Il. The Sheridan bus stops right in front\, the red line is just down the street at Bryn Mawr and there?s free parking in the church lot.
