This will include an overview of the Traditional Chinese Medicine components of Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Chinese Herbs, and more! The second half of the workshop applies Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to choosing food combinations and healing digestive systems by Repairing, Rebuilding and Restoring Digestive balance.
