Those with ADHD struggle with the cycle of rejection sensitivity, deception, and the impact on their connection with others. Fear of rejection causes us to be deceptive, and lie by omission or with intention. This cycle, eventually, becomes a significant problem and can deteriorate our connection to others. Those with ADHD are can then be seen as untrustworthy, and unreliable causing others to disconnect from them. Especially those closest to them. This workshop gives you a clear understanding of all aspects of rejection sensitivity. You’ll learn how to handle emotional regulation so you can understand and utilize user-friendly skills to manage rejection sensitivity, improve emotional maturity, diminish the use of deception, and strengthen your connection to others.
