Bloom Yoga Studio Gentle Yoga with Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls and Chimes
Stressed out? Looking for a break, body, mind, and spirit? Come enjoy a soothing, gentle yoga class accompanied by the healing vibrational sounds of crystal bowls, singing bowls, and chimes.
In this 90 minute workshop, skilled yoga instructor, Karen Plumley, is joined by the talented Jitka Yost of Sound Magic to help you connect to your body, breath and mind. This workshop is perfect for all students, regardless of yoga experience.
We will enjoy a mainly floor-based practice that incorporates gentle movements, simple breath-work, and guided meditation. The peaceful sounds of the crystal bowls, singing bowls, and chimes will accompany the practice to create a relaxing experience that will leave you feeling calm, grounded, and balanced.
