Get a thorough introduction to yoga from an experienced teacher. Join a community of other brand new beginners as you look in-depth at the most commonly practiced poses, and take advantage of the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Included in this workshop series you will receive complimentary weekly handouts with practice tips, pose pictures and names, an intro to philosophy, and FAQs to support your learning.

Yoga 101 will be an In-Person workshop. Starting February 28, 2022 masks are optional at the studio for all yoga classes & events. Proof of Covid vaccination is required for all eligible participants.
