Trick-or-Treat in Northcenter! Children and their families will parade through Northcenter Town Square and up and down the shops and businesses of Lincoln Avenue, showing off their costumes and seeking candy and other seasonal surprises. Don't forget about the costume contest in town square at 12 pm!
