Eighth-graders at Chicago’s Alexander Graham Bell Elementary School imagine a world with no poverty, zero hunger, equal rights for all, and more. So 20 of them have taken the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as inspiration and created art based on those goals. They will be showing their works in a one-day exhibition: Imagine Utopia: U.N. Goals Through a Teen Lens Sunday, March 4, 2–5 p.m. August House, 2113 W. Roscoe St., Chicago The students will apply the proceeds from their art toward their costs for their end-of-year field trip to Washington, D.C. A portion of the proceeds will also go to a charity that supports one of the U.N. goals.
