Ayurveda teaches that the body is not only a complex system of organs and tissues, but also is a unique combination of biodynamic forces (doshas) that constitute your nature. Join Robin Fischer for this monthly workshop that explores introductory topics found in ayurvedic lifestyle. Every introductory workshop covers the three doshas: vata, pitta, kapha and gives introductory tools to begin a self care practice. This is a good workshop for newcomers to ayurveda, but all levels are welcome to join. In these workshops you will: Gain insight into your unique constitution and imbalances. Learn ayurvedic methods for your daily lifestyle.
