Kids Yoga with Chelsea Brown!

 

Bring your child to Bloom for playful movement, stories, games, laughter and silence to help create a deeper understanding of their environment and themselves!

 

Students will learn traditional yoga poses such as lion, tree and warrior to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Poses are taught to encourage creativity and exploration, helping to develop greater self-confidence and self-awareness. No previous yoga experience necessary. Appropriate for ages 6-10 years old.

 

Cost $25 per child, $20 if signed-up 7 days in advance.
