Under the baton of Gregory Hughes, the concert will showcase the brilliance of Johannes Brahms' Double Concerto for Violin and Cello, performed by Brant Taylor, esteemed cellist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Stephen Rose, principal second violinist of the Cleveland Orchestra. Additionally, audiences will experience Arnold Schoenberg's imaginative orchestration of Brahms' Piano Quartet No. 1, transforming this beloved chamber work into a symphonic masterpiece.
