Mental Health First Aid (Youth) coursed
Mental Health First Aid is an innovative community course designed to teach members of the public how to offer initial help to people experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental illness. The course content is geared toward professionals working with adolescents and young adults ages 12-25.
