Join Mojo Dog Co. in their second Pack Walk on June 17th at 11AM! Mojo Dog Co. is requesting a $20 donation for the Chicago Canine Rescue with your participation. 

• All Dogs must be on a Leash
• Water will be provided but portable water bowl is encouraged
• If you are bringing another dog please include info 
• If you are registering another person and their dog please fill out a separate form for them
