Plus Size Yoga, A 6-Week Series

Practice yoga in a supportive environment and enjoy classes especially designed for plus size students. All classes in this 6-week series will incorporate movement, breath, and meditation to help you connect with yourself and your body.
You will learn how to build strength and mobility, using props and variations to find functional alignment in yoga poses, and explore rest & relaxation. Gain more resilience for your everyday life and explore yoga practice in a consistent community.
No yoga experience required. This workshop series is open to all!

Jessica Gonsiorowski is an experienced teacher that works and lives in the Chicago area. Jessica focuses on adapting the practice for everybody at every age and stage of their life. She believes that knowledge is power and is excited to be an educator in the field of yoga, movement, and emotional resilience.
Her approach is holistic, benevolent, and professional. Her extensive training in the therapeutic yoga approach allows her to work successfully with all people and all bodies.
