At the festival, present your receipt at the CVS Gate (located on the west side of the CVS parking lot on Lincoln Avenue) and proceed to the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce tent directly across from the gate to pick up your VIP package.
You must present a photo ID to pick up your VIP package.
