Self-Defense Seminar
Join us for a Self-Defense Seminar open to all at the Chicago Capoeira Center. This event is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and prepared. Our guest teacher is Professora Morena, a self-defense specialist, Capoeira teacher, and 2nd-degree Jiu-Jitsu black belt dedicated to empowering individuals through practical tools and techniques.
