Strength In The City Festival | Chicago
Strength In The City Festival is an intentionally-curated, community-driven health + wellness festival celebrating movement, mindfulness, and local connection. Hosted at Theater on the Lake along Chicago’s lakefront, the event features 20+ fitness and wellness mini-classes (yoga, Pilates, HIIT, dance, meditation, and more), a Free Community Run/Walk (5K or 2-mile walk), local vendors and recovery services, BINGO with 50+ prizes, food, drinks, discounts, and giveaways. All ages welcome — Under 16 free. Rain or shine. Presented by Atlanta Life Insurance Company; proceeds support the STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation.
