Tai Chi is famous for its beautiful, slow circular movements. Tai Chi develops mind/body awareness. It's a moving meditation that increases strength from the inside out. Practitioners move with greater ease and efficiency, both mentally and physically. Tai Chi reduces blood pressure, improves immune function, oxygen utilization, increases bone density, knee and ankle strength and flexibility, and reduces stress.
Participants will learn several easy movements. Taught by Lin Shook.
