Open House Stop in to learn about Taoist Tai Chi® arts, watch a demonstration of the set, try a few moves, and learn about the health benefits. Our 12 week Beginner classes are available on the weekends and during the day and evening on weekdays. New classes starting soon and visitors are always welcome.
