7am: Boot Camp with Luigi (Jump start your day and metabolism with an amazing fat burning workout)  

9am: Parents Workout (Drop off the kids and get in a quick 40 minute workout) 

12pm: Wake me up Kettlebell Blast (Get more energy to survive 4 more hours of work) 

4pm: Kids Performance Therapy (Learn how to warm up, exercise, and cool down to improve performance on the field) 

5pm: Marathon Mania (Learn the exercises and technqiues to help you cross train and reduce the risk of injury)  

5:30pm: Cardio and Core (Use our MyZone Cardiovascular Technology to understand your heart rate and how it benefits your workouts)

6-8pm: Happy Hour (Enjoy healthy snacks, protien shakes, beer and wine to meet members of The FIT Institute)
