Manager Position Details:
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must be available to work weekends
• Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year plus bonus

What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years of managerial or team lead experience required
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, creative environment
• Glazing and electric kiln experience is a big plus
