Join us for an upcoming Mental Health First Aid class!
Classes are held from 8:30 am-5:30 pm at C4.
Mental Health First Aid is a public education course that brings awareness to mental health issues. It introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, builds understandng of their impact and overviews common treatments.
The youth mental health first aid curriculum is targeted towards professionals who work with adolescents and young adult age 12 - 18.
