Morning Mindfulness: Pilates with Studio 8 Pilates

Northcenter Chamber of Commerce's Morning Mindfulness Virtual Series:

Join Christine Hall, pilates instructor and owner of Studio 8 Pilates for an all levels pilates mat class from the comfort of our own home! Christine has been teaching pilates since 2005 and opened Studio 8 in 2015. 

 

Class will begin with a warm-up and some fundamental movements and then we will dive into the more classical pilates exercises. Modifications for beginners and students post-injury will be offered.
